In 1992 Ciro Cacchione systematically introduced the use of pure silver (999/°°°) to make San Lorenzo products: it was a key technological innovation, which gave rise in 1999 to the “cucinare nell’argento puro” (cooking in pure silver) collection, revealing the excellence of the material in making utensils having proper form and function to encourage a healthy diet.
